Hands down best decision we made was picking Jim Daher as our attorney! He has revived our hope for the future. Covid crippled our finances and the wrong attorney screwed up our bankruptcy leaving us with more debt and bad credit. We just wish we had found him sooner! I would highly recommend Mr.Daher to everyone. He's upfront with cost, answers all calls and questions promptly and throughly,trust me when I say I asked a lot of questions! James took the money and ran. Very disappointing. My wife hired him for a case about 6 months ago. She was told she didn't have to appear at her upcoming court date and that she would hear from him. Later we received a letter that James had withdrawn from the case. Needless to say we were confused. After digging a bit we found lots of documentation supporting us being entitled to a refund in this situation, but James refused. Instead he blamed my wife stating he made all of these attempts to contact her by phone, email, even letter. Interestingly enough, there seems to be no evidence of any of this contact. No calls registered, no email other than the payment receipt, and no missed calls, or voicemails. We definitely regret hiring James and hope nobody else makes the same mistake. Update: I called James again today to attempt to resolve this matter. He was extremely rude and unprofessional and even told me he couldn't believe I contacted him again after posting "slanderous lies" about him on the internet in reference to this review. (Good thing he's a lawyer right?) Unfortunately I was forced to file a formal complaint with the Bar. Especially since, by his own admission, the only thing he did was contact the opposing counsel for a continuance a few times.
