Missy walked us through all of our options and helped us set up an estate plan that works for our family, while patiently answering all of our questions along the way. I highly recommend this firm in general, and Missy Manning in particular, for your estate planning needs.

I am happy with the results of my court cases. I do not get everything I want every time but I do fell it was fair and just. I have had their help in 3 cases so for and will use them again in the future.

They are the worst lawfirm out there. They will bleed you dry with ridiculous charges. You can spend a third of the money with a local attorney and get better results. The attorney I'm using now says she always wins against cordell and cordell because all she has to do is drag the case out because of their ridiculously high fees and their client will eventually run out of money and then Cordell and cordell will drop them as soon as they can't make a payment. I basically did all of the work and ended up firing them after I wasted over $4000 with absolutely nothing getting accomplished and now I'm using a different attorney and things are moving along nicely and the whole thing is gonna cost me less than the $4000 I wasted on this useless lawfirm. Cordell and cordell is nothing but a scam to eat up as much of your money as possibly while doing as little as possible.

I chose this firm based on their marketing slogan "for the Dad" After one week, I was assigned a new attorney (Junior) as the Senior Attorney stated, "my rates are much higher" and I will be here to support her. After 11 months, $23,xxx and her hanging her hat on "Maritial Financial MIsconduct" and 138 documents, 4 subpoenas: only thing used in court was CV100, CV105, Form 14 and divison of assets/debts. Hire a local attorney and don't be fooled by their marketing slogan. After the Judgement, my attorney asked for $5,000 to appeal the Judge's mistake on not substracting Maintenance from my income and allocating the tax implications (home v 401k) AFter I refused to pay, she withdrew...Very unprofessional and only out for the money.
