Everyone I came in contact with at the firm was professional and friendly. I was asked questions I had not thought of to make sure my trust was created the way I wanted it. I was also given instructions on how to fund the trust and encouraged to call the firm if I had any questions.

We were very satisfied with our entire experience. From the start of our first meeting to the end of the process we were treated like we were very important and that every question that we had was also very important. We never felt rushed and felt we were the firm's top priority. We would and will definitely refer this firm to our family and friends.

After attending a workshop given by Jackie Capriano, I knew she was the attorney I wanted to help me with my estate planning. I had no idea how to start, but Miss Jackie patiently guided me through the very detailed process. She offered excellent suggestions and explained fully whatever I did not understand. I am thankful for her knowledge, professionalism, and dedication to seeing that my requests are fulfilled. Kudos as well to her paralegal, Mary Wanner , who is equally knowledgeable and supportive. This was an emotional time for me, having to make life changing choices for my elderly mom. Mom is a widow and I am her only child. The decisions about her financial, living situation and health options were in my hands. Purcell and Amen helped me look at all the options and make the right decisions based on reason while still respecting mom and my opinions. Never knowing to deal with this type of situation, I appreciated their patience and guidance.

Jackie was very personable and capable. She explained options clearly. The firm seems efficient and client friendly. I very much appreciate the flat fee and the ability to call Jackie with possible questions, and there is not a charge. I feel comfortable my estate is in order.
