We attempted to use his services. We spoke with him during his consultation; we found him curt in the initial meeting, but we cast it aside. We didn't hear a thing back for three weeks. He promised an email - nothing. Called the office three times; finally, on the third attempt, I got a call back... from an administrative person. (FYI, I'm almost certain he uses an outsourced service.) The woman said Michael would not take our case. "Okay... fine. Did he say a reason?" "No." I understand it's a small practice, but their communication skills are poor. I went to his office to pick up our documents I dropped off. I found him to be prickly again. Ultimately, it's probably for the best he didn't take the case. Not a fan of his personality, and his office's lack of professionalism reflects poorly on his practice.

Mr. Doyle made this scary process so easy for me. Every time I had a question, his staff was always available and immediately provided the information I needed. I highly recommend him for all your legal issues.

This guy made me feel lower than low. His attitude sucks and his rudeness, mistakes, and incompetence, is not worth how he makes you feel. He must have some ego. I'd find someone who's friendly and enjoys his work. As I told a friend the other day, some people just shouldn't work with the public.

Extremely rude. Had no answers acted like it was a waste of his time to speak with me. He wouldn’t have spoke to me like that in person. I would never give them any kind of business. Don’t waste your time calling them. They have no clue what they are doing. They just want to poke fun at you. I wish I would have been there in person. Luckily it was only a phone call. There is no way that rating he has is accurate. He must have his interns writing reviews. What a joke of a lawyer. He definitely has a god complex. Good luck Mr. Doyle. Your definitely just another number to him, go somewhere else even if it cost you some money. He didn’t give any advice whatsoever. Just made fun of my situation and called me cheap. Then wanted $500 to look at some paperwork. What a joke and extremely rude! Get some manners sir! Or someone someday will teach you some! Whether you want them too or not!

I assist people in stopping foreclosures and was in the process of rescuing a client's house from bankruptcy with the bank's approval so that my client wouldn't have a foreclosure mark on their credit. However, the office that was supposed to assist my client did not help with the process and failed to submit the required paperwork to complete the short sale. We worked on this case for eight months, but they did not return calls or emails regarding this matter. The office was unhelpful, rude, and showed no concern that my client would face foreclosure if the house was not pulled out of bankruptcy. Their main concern was that it would be too much work for them. It is very disappointing that my client must go through foreclosure simply because the office failed to submit the necessary paperwork.
