I was referred to Mr. Fishman from another attorney. When he returned my call he was very condescending and gave off the impression that the service I was requesting for my mom who is in a nursing home has was beneath him. I didn't just go into a rolodex cold-calling him, I was referred to him by another attorney who referred to him as "a friend." I hung up the phone feeling belittled I would not consult with this man for anything in the future.
