Well organized, easy to understand booking process. It was so easy to set up an appointment and communication about the appointment was great. Ms. Fields quickly accommodated a last minute scheduling change for us and was so pleasant, bringing sunshine with her on a rainy day! Vets. Be aware it’s a scam artist in your presence. Supposedly started a case for me a year ago an I haven’t heard a thing from him with the exception of one time after my initial visit. He didn’t waste any time cashing the retainer check. I finally made contact with him recently and was told he’s now in hospice. Don’t waste your time and funds for Mr Cox daughter to so call be handling his business. Take your retainer and get you some real representation.

Mr Cox started out great. He was concerned about my husband case. As time went by he rude and would hang up on you if asked questions or have concerns. I would love to connect to other veterans. That's had his service he has.

The worst. You will do all the leg work. Don't be surprised if you pay an associate of his who is a doctor of psychology for a DBQ to the tune of a few hundred $....only for it to never be completed
