Very responsive and professional. A couple hours before our appointment in November, the notary informed me that she had gotten into a car accident and couldn’t come but had already found a replacement notary to do the appointment. Hired for representation over 1 year ago. Called for an update after hearing nothing for a year. Received a rude response and a refusal to give any information on my case. I have tried to contact a different lawyer to take over but Mr. Cox refuses to give me a release. This is a horrible way to treat a combat veteran with PTSD.
