Easiest 5-star review ever! After our son was seriously injured in a motorcycle accident, our main concern was getting him the best care possible to ensure his recovery. After a couple months of focusing on this, it was time to start concentrating on making sense of all the bills and dealing with the insurance companies. We had done some research into dealing with the hospitals, our auto insurance, the other driver’s auto insurance, our health insurance...it was daunting. I made a very poor decision over a year ago and got behind the wheel after I had a few drinks and was subsequently issued a DWI. A few months before this unfortunate event I landed a very good job but because of this offense that job was in jeopardy. I was worried about how I was going to get back and forth to this job. Doug made it possible for me to be able to get back and forth to this job which I still have today and would not have if it not were for him. What stood out to me was that Doug did not take a lets see what they are going to do type of approach to this case that I hear of most attorneys taking. Doug went on the offensive and attempted to beat the case. However because of the circumstances it just wasn't possible, but I still felt very good about my representation and the fact that he took the fight to the court instead of the usual prearranged cookie cutter deals that I hear most attorneys have worked out with the court. The result was that I never lost my license, kept my job, and was charged a fair rate for his representation. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone for a DWI case.
