I have been using Roger for several years and he really good and his prices are reasonable. I have used Roger for traffic tickets, to starting LLC, for landlord and tenant eviction, and a lot more!! He is Really good at his job!!

Great tacos

My son is a student at Logan. Living off campus he decided to move into another facility. Management gave information that was questionable. I felt he was being deceived. Unacquainted with the rules and regulations regarding real estate in the state of Missouri I sought counsel. I chose Wallach & Associates. I called the office, the secretary listened to my concerns. Mr. Roger Wallach was in court at the time. I expected to make an appointment before my concerns could be addressed. Mr. Wallach called me late that same evening. He patiently listened to my concerns and explained what my options were. I could not make the final decision, my son needed to do that. As God would have it, the issue was resolved without legal assistance. It was comforting to know that Mr. Wallach was just a phone call away if needed. Furthermore, Mr. Roger Wallach called back later to see if our issue got resolved. Wow, shocker! I so appreciated his professionalism, integrity [ a rare trait among people, let alone attorneys], knowledge regarding the issue, and concern for people more than dollars. I plan to use the services of Wallach & Associates for a future real estate endeavor. I encourage others to do so as well.

These people will not stop blowing up my phone offering me lending. I never asked for it nor do I need it. They just bought my contact info and won’t stop calling

This company called me regarding a storage unit. When I informed them that I had made payments for the storage unit owner and that I never signed anything. Tracy, one of the most disrespectful women I’ve ever spoken to began to threaten and said that she had the paperwork right in front of her that I signed. So I called the storage company after Tracy hung up on me because she didn’t like me arguing with her. the storage company said they have no record of me signing anything and it was a mistake I was added and they would have that removed.. So nonetheless, this company lies, this company is disrespectful, I don’t know why anybody would do business with them or use their services. Make sure you ask for the documentation on what they are trying to collect. I will bet you they won’t have it. Also, Tracy should be fired. Her lack of tact will never make it easy for her to collect money, she comes off as a bully, and not believable probably because she does lie. So if your goal is to not collect any money, then I’d keep her employed. It seems from the other comments that she has not changed.

Brandon Davis called me making threats and violating FDCPA guidelines. Shady company with out of date collection tactics. To top it off the debt is not valid and I have it in writing. But Brandon doesn't care about that, he will still threaten you and make no attempts to help.

If I could give a half of a star, I would. This company would not identify themselves or the nature of the call. They were rude and disrespectful. I've tried to access the website and login info., its outdated, I cant even see the account they are suppose to be collecting on.
