Typical garbage

Company is trying to get a hold of my dead mother of 2 years with a phone number I have only had for a couple months. Sent info to get them to release info to me but no response. Got another call today with rude representative again asking for my dead mother. No you can not talk to her.

Pete is great. He did my estate planning documents, and I refer all my family, friends and clients to him. Fantastic guy and attorney.

I share a similar experience with all of the other reviews, this is a DUMPSTER TRASH company. Rude, unprofessional, 1990s tactics that are harassing and unnecessary. Asked for an email to put things in writing and Mr. Cruz actually laughingly said he doesn't have one after I grew tired of his non-stop talking and attempt to tell me what to do instead of listening so things could be resolved which I'm not telling you on the phone, ALL NEEDS TO BE IN WRITING. If you don't really have an email address how can you really be working for clients in this day and age? Comical. Legitimately operating to collect legitimate debts would work so much better than you're attempting to be the rudest most titillating collector of debts ever. Get a life dude. Practice better and stop taking advantage of people to make a buck.

They call all the time from different phone numbers and they won’t even leave a voicemail! When you do answer they hang up! This company is very unprofessional!

This company calls my phone atleast 5 times daily when I pick up they hang up on me I called them told them to stop calling but they still call I have blocked them from every number I can but they still call I owe no debt stop calling me

This is the absolute worst company I have ever received a call from. I understand something went wrong and you are attempting to collect but when I’m the one that calls you and you are this rude and unprofessional, that is an awful thing. Get a new job if you hate it that much. Tracy…… you are a horrible person and need to go to anger management along with how to treat people courses, thanks.

They stated I owed AHS Services 3002.92. Called and left several messages. AHS didn't know anything about this company. They confirmed my account was closed in 2011 with Zero balance. I tried to contact company first Agent was very rude. This company is rude and bogus.and

This agency is the most rude and unprofessional service I have ever spoken with. They were rude to me and would not even talk to me or listen to me and my situation. Then falsely accused me of saying I refused which I did not. Letter received was very unprofessional and stated to see reverses side for important information; however, there was noting on the reverse side of letter! I called and left three messages for someone to return my call; when the finally called me at least 20 later, it was not to return my call, but to be extremely rude and I told the lady no one retuned my call she stated she was not surprised for their phones don't work! Plus, the letter states you can file a dispute on line; but their website does not work either. I have never written a review, but felt the need to write this one. I would suggest no business use this company for it will tarnish your reputation.

This is the most disrespectful company ever!! Tracy is so rude and Jason not any help what so ever as a manager a least he said he was. They are so rude.
