I just had the most unpleasant experience in calling this office. She asked me for my bar number and where I was license to practice law. I look forward to reporting this to CPI and to whomever will listen. Warm regards!

Zero stars if possible. This was the worst, most rude and disrespectful phone call I have EVER experienced! Tracy needs extensive training on how to talk with people and then could progress to learning how to provide courteous service. She had told me she would email me a copy of the contract in question. After not receiving it after 6 hrs I called again and reached Crystal who was polite and transfered me to Tracy who was on a tear! She said she told me it would take a week to 10 days to get it from Brinks - she NEVER told me that if she had I wouldn't have been calling back! I tried to offer a suggestion and Tracy said "I don't need any suggestions" She continued to be rude until she hung up on me.

Peter Roth was recommended by our financial advisor and he was awesome! Answered all our questions in a kind and patient manner. I would highly recommend him as his expertise and professionalism are the best!

We just completed the process of creating our wills...the first time in almost 40 years...Peter gently and patiently sheperded us through the process with as many gatherings necessary for full understanding. Peter Roth most recently worked with us on estate planning at the recommendation of a friend. It couldn’t have gone any better! We met several times. He answered all of our questions (a lot of them). I have worked with Peter A. Roth dealing with my will, revokable living trust, restatement of revocable living trust, durable power of attorney, a beneficiary deed, and including a property in my will's trust. It all was very complicated dealing with properties in NY and Missouri, a child with severe disabilities who has special needs, and other family members who are disabled and need my help.Mr. Roth was knowledgeable, caring of my situation (I'm widowed) and offered much sage advice. Plus... his fees were reasonable! I've worked with other attorneys and I have to say this was my best experience yet. You know the lawyer jokes... he doesn't fall into any of them.
