Excellent and pertinent information for today's environment.

It has now been over a year since we started working with Joe. He was referred to us by another attorney who said that Joe was the best guy to handle our mom’s estate. Joe worked very hard to make sure everything went well. He even worked on Easter Sunday because we were in a time crunch. Everything went exactly as he said it would. Steve Laiderman takes a very comprehensive approach toward estate plannning that goes well beyond the standard approach that you might find with other estate attorneys. He provides advice that doesn't just plan for typical situations. He provides advice and legal documents that cover unplanned life events like disability, divorce, and estrangement from family members. Also, he successfully guided and supported me through a very tricky situation with my father's estate where assets were left in limbo and my father's 3rd wife claimed that everything should be hers and hers alone. I am very grateful to Steve and his team that supported me through that difficult situation that was resolved with a win-win non-judicial settlement. Yay!

Steve and his team did a great job for our family setting up our trust. I quickly learned that all trusts are not created equal. Because of our faith in Steve, he has now helped us with business contract negotiations, setting up three new LLC's and general business counselling.
