I was referred to David Poe regarding my accident/fall. He was extremely helpful and courteous. He worked with me until the final settlement which was much more than I had anticipated , even with their fee and expenses deducted. It took quite a long time to settle but he informed me upfront so I would not be surprised. I highly recommend this very professional law firm.

Mark assisted me when I didn’t really know where or what to do when my dad was killed. He took time to explain to me what to expect and prepared me for it also. Mark is a very caring lawyer that truly wants you to understand the process and be comfortable with the steps ahead.
