Kevin Glynn and Erica with Mark Cantor Injury Law were excellent to work with. They always answered any questions I had in a timely manner, they went above and beyond to make me know they cared about my medical care as well as my case. I knew my case wasn’t going to be an easy one to handle, but they didn’t go down without a fight!!! They were always ready and always had a back up plan in place just in case the insurance companies came back with a “No”. But that was never the case. Erica went above and beyond and was able to work with the providers to get most of my liens and medical bills reduced by 50%. Which meant more $$$ in my pocket at the end of the day!!! Would highly recommend Cantor injury law and would use them again without hesitation! -SN

Kevin was excellent to work with. He was extremely personable, always answered any questions we had in a very timely manner and took all our stress surrounding the situation away. We knew he was doing his absolute best to win the case and he did! He was an absolute God send. Do not waste your time on a small law firm that doesn't have the financial means nor the man power to drive your case. If you have a case, time is your friend, just remember that. Became a client when their office was small and met directly with Mark after two separate people in St. Louis had recommended him, then left when they had several more law staff. Erikia was with me from beginning to end and listened to several calls of panic. They helped set me up with some great doctors as I didn't know who to go to when first moving to the area after the incident. Kevin took my concerns into account and listened when I had several questions. I'd say the only thing I'd write negatively that communication/quick updates could have been more often (even if there was no update!) As well as a notification that someone would be taking over my case instead of Mark since he was the original one I sat down with 5 years ago. Trivial stuff at the end of the day however because I'd still give them 5 stars. I even walked away with some pretty great swag, the personalized Prosecco really sealed the deal to celebrate!!!

My family and I were in a very severe car accident back in the end of 2019, upon first meeting Kevin and his paralegal when we first went in, they seemed extremely nice and promised us satisfaction with our case. That was in November of 2019. Since then it has been anything but satisfactory. Since taking the case, Kevin has returned TWO of our well over twenty phone calls, and refused to call us regarding updates on the case. Almost entirely giving us the runaround and making us feel both powerless, as well as ignored in the entire situation. (Edit: However, since expressing my concerns to the Law Firm, they have been extremely diligent in solving the problems my family was having. We received a formal apology for the attorney himself, and after a long conversation between us two I believe that we won’t have these issues again. Cantor Injury & Law strives to communicate well in their Law Firm, and if you ever have problems with them just voice your issues, and they will be taken care of. )
