I met Mark late last year, after I got hurt at work. It was a hard time for me, because I'm a single mother and I was unable to work. My bills were pilling up, and I did't know how I was going to support my family. Mark was very compassionate and took the time to talk to me in person. He genuinely cared about the financial well-being of me and my children. Anytime I had a question, I was able to call the office and talk to someone right away. Mark's staff of paralegals were also extremely helpful and kind. They would constantly keep me up to date on my case and made sure I understood the process. In the end, I was awarded a generous settlement, which allowed me to get back on my feet, and even put some money away for savings. I can't say enough good things about Mark and his wonderful team!!!!!
