Let's talk about the good stuff first. Max returns calls and emails quickly. That said, I would only recommend him to someone who isn't looking for an attorney. He provided no zealous representation beyond his software. He did not inform me about certain claims that were registered. He did not even send me a copy of my discharge. If all you need is someone to enter data to produce your pleadings and schedules, Max is an okay choice. If you have specific needs that are beyond the pre-loaded bankruptcy software rules, I would call someone else.
