I’ve retained the Gartner Law Firm on two occasions; first for an auto injury involving my wife and second for a DWI involving my stepson. Richard Gartner did a fine job on both occasions with good resolutions achieved.

Melissa Leavy did a fantastic job on my family's estate planning,, and I couldn't be more impressed. She was incredibly thorough, taking the time to explain every detail in a way that was easy to understand. Her patience and attention to detail made the entire process stress-free, and I felt completely comfortable with every decision we made. It's rare to find an attorney who not only has expertise but also takes the time to ensure you feel confident and informed. I trust her completely and highly recommend her for anyone needing estate planning services.

I would not recommend this legal service which is unfortunate because I am also a professional who often gets asked about recommendations for various things including lawyers.

I could not be happier with the gartner law firm. I was referred to them by a friend also in the legal field. Right away when I talked to matt gartner about my particular work comp case he was very easy to talk to and did not give me that "salesman vibe" I would know as I am a salesman by profession. Matt did an excellent job explaining all the ins and outs of my particular case and looked at everything in a very objective fashion. Now I will say you must be patient with this process! You will not get results overnight. You must be patient to get the best result. That being said I'd be more than happy to suggest anyone with personal injury or work comp matters to consider the gartner law firm. Melissa Leavy represented me in an emergency guardianship case and throughout the much longer process of obtaining permanent guardianship. She was compassionate, knowledgeable and fierce - exactly who I needed in that difficult time. Since then she updated our Wills and Trust. I highly recommend contacting this firm when you have any Probate matters or estate planning needs.

Would not give me a price estimate over the phone for a Power of Attorney. Obviously doesn't want any new business.

I hired Tim after my original attorney had heath issues and had to drop my case. Little did I know how poor my first attorney was until I saw what a great attorney can do.
