Call him was so rude and unprofessional!!!

Met with Ross in person and talked to him several times on the phone. He said would help me with my case. Then he vanishes. Never would answer my calls or return my calls. Highly disappointed in the way he treated me and handled things.

I called in with some real estate questions and Matt took time at the end of his day to look up and give me some guidance over the phone. If and when I need his help with anything in the future I will definitely give him a call!! Thanks again!

Definitely needs to work on client communication. I have not personally retained him, and actually thankful now that I didn’t. I do not like leaving bad reviews, but when you fail to reach out to a client that DID retain your services for almost a month (and still going!) that is unacceptable. Respectfully, do better, sir. Update: He has still yet to visit his PAID FOR client to this day! I honestly don’t see how he has a 4 star rating based on what I’m seeing my friend go through. The only thing he is consistent with is not doing what he says he’ll do. Friend will be getting his money back and seeking REAL legal aid. SMH.
