Called him seeking legal advice said he couldn't help and just hung up on me. I understand if he couldn't help, but felt just hanging up on me was unprofessional.

Just spoke with Mr. Randy on the phone- and tried to get information about probate/trust after the passing of my husband. He was rude, demeaning, and disrespectful. When I would ask to re-clarify because I’m new to all this, he would just yell at me through the phone. In the end he yelled “I’m not going to help you” and slammed the phone.

The worst experience we've ever had. Mr. Sparks was very demeaning. We were there for POA papers. He was going around in circles and not explaining anything...very frustrating.
