This is hands down one of the worst lawyers in Missouri. Tad withdrew from my case after working on it for 7 years. My car wreck almost left me handicap & he literally dropped my case for no reason

Handled my case very quickly and charges dismissed. May of been one of the easiest cases he had but I was glad to have him as a lawyer. I would use him again in the future but hopefully I never need to call him again.

Tad is one of the best lawyers I have the pleasure to meet. Tad don't give you a run around , and if you have a question and he doesn't know the answer, he will find out!!! Thank you Tad for all of your hard work .

Called Tad about 5 times and never got a call back. Finally called again and was on hold for about 7 minutes then talked to him about my case and he said not to hire him even though I have medical bills and injuries from months ago I am paying. Not the best proactive attorney - I would seek other legal representation before calling him.

He is a complete moron completely did nothing for me should have just went to court myself all he did was charge me money

Unless you have a really simple slam dunk case where you can google the answer, I would recommend going to someone else --unless you don't care about being on the losing side of things. He tends to talk over your questions and assumes unworkable advice without really understanding the situation.

Tad Morlan just plead guilty in court for my traffic violation... Also he never told me that, so 9 months later I received a bill from collection agency for unpaid court balance... Verry unprofessional...

Met with Tad about possible representation and he was unprofessional, unprepared and had very limited knowledge of the process of the law. He was texting on his phone the entire time I was there and did not pay attention to anything I was saying. Before hearing anything about the case, he said that he would not contact or work with the prosecutor about dismissing or reducing the charge, which is pretty standard when you hire an attorney. He made it clear that the $1500 that he was charging was only for him to show up to court for me, but not put in any actual work into the case unless we went to trial and paid more money. Even if we went to trial, he said I would just have to take my chances. This was for a misdemeanor case with no evidence, but he was so unprepared that he had no facts or knowledge of the case. Do not waste your time unless you have a personal injury case and he can make money off of you.
