Horrible experience. Called trying to find an attorney. Tried to explain to Millington what was going on. He kept cutting me off and jumping to conclusions I asked him politely to please allow me to explain so that he has the correct details and he began yelling at me at the top of his lungs and then screams " forget it" and hung up. The total phone call was about 5 mins. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. DIDNT NEED AN ANGRY MAN YELLING AT ME WHEN I WAS TRYING TO HIRE AN ATTORNEY!!!! Unprofessional and abusive. Couldn't even get through a 5 min conversation without him blowing up at a potential client. I've never experienced anything like it.

Pleasant, positive experience assisting this reputable firm for the past several weeks. Answered calls and performed clerical tasks. From my front-row seat, I can attest to the professionalism that goes on behind the scenes. The eldest partner, Topper, works diligently and tirelessly, spending considerable time with each client, handling each case conscientiously and compassionately. He treats everyone from the commissioner to the commoner with deep respect. He completely changed my outlook on aging in the workplace. Topper tops 'em all! In actuality, I'm impressed with the entire practice, the legal skill and kindness of everyone on board. Millington & Glass has rejuvenated my faith in the legal profession.

Mark recently represented us in retaining physical custody of our grandson. After being very thorough and honest with us we were conserned we may lose custody to an unworthy father for no reason other than he is the father of the child and sadly so eti es that matters more than it should. Mark went above and beyond what we were expecting and the end result is we will continue to have the opportunity to raise this child in a loving stable evironment. I'm am completely satisfied with Mark and although I hope I never need his services again if the situation should arise I will absolutely hire him.

Mark did a great job for me, was always available to answer my questions and how to proceed with a quik conclusion to my case. I would recommend at the very least giving him a chance to take your case or decline it and he won't lead you on. I

Mark provided me with the knowledge and experience that I needed to get me through a very difficult time in my life. Going through a divorce after 17 years of marriage is difficult in itself but when you have a child involved as well as multiple properties it can get very complicated as it did. Mark provided me with expert advise and treated me like family not just a client. As with any divorce it was not a inexpensive experience but one that allowed me to feel good about the outcome and allowed me to start rebuilding my life. I find this web site to be very questionable. I have read some reviews where spineless persons do not sign their reviews. We have used Mark Millsap and are exceptionally pleased with is professionalism, thoroughness and caring for his clients. He has been around this area for years and highly thought of by his peers. Legal affairs always are two sided. His law firm is know for their expertise and excellence.

The negative reviews on this site surprise me. I found Mr. Millsap's representation of me to be very aggressive and professional. He is very knowledgeable and he a good job of explaining how this process works. I would definitely recommend him as a family law attorney.
