I used Stewart Huffman as my defense attorney on a possession case after another attorney here in town got me a plea deal that resolved the case quickly but was NOT in my best interest as the requirements were not requirements I could easily complete, Stewart has been an absolute life saver and took a personal & genuine interest in me and my case and has gone above and beyond to help me and has gotten me the best possible outcome after my case was already mishandled by an attorney that was retiring once my case was done (I was literally his last case ever) so it seemed he recommended the fastest resolution possible which was far from what was in MY best interest, I can't thank Stewart and his team enough for all they have done to make the best out of my situation.

Staurt is a wonderful man!! I have used him as an attorney since I've been 18 he has always went far beyond any attorney I have had or known about. Do you like wasting money? Being ignored? Do you like being talked down to by an unprofessional staff? If you enjoy any of these things then hire these clowns! They took the case for a loved one currently in jail and not once have they gone to visit him or clue in either one of us whatever "plan" they have. Which is no plan at all except for letting the court doing whatever they want and him just shrugging and pushing back the court date. The staff is incredibly rude, doesn't return calls or emails, and even spent months putting off getting me some important paperwork. One star is too generous for them. I'm warning you now to stay far away from them and look literally anywhere else for a lawyer because these two will just pocket your money and do nothing.
