Step parent adoption was made easy and stress free! Great communication and parallel was awesome! 10/10 would recommend!

Going through my first court case, I did some research and met with a few lawyers before making a decision. After thinking about it, I chose to have Dylan represent me and he didn’t let me down. His paralegal, Kristen, is so amazing too! They both know exactly what they are doing and talking about. They never steered me wrong or judged me for any opinions I had. They were honest about the good and the bad both! He gave a fair price and everything was charged fairly as well. I’m so grateful to them and will definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone! I also will not be hesitant to ever use them in the future if need be! They made me feel so comfortable with everything and leaving it in their hands! I sure didn’t know what to expect but they made it such a wonderful experience and I learned a lot too.

The divorce paperwork was daunting and a little confusing. I cannot say enough good things about this practice. Let’s start with the firm but clear expectations in what was going to happen and the emphasis truly being on my child. Navigating the family court system is confusing and it’s emotional and overwhelming. Not only did my attorney help me tremendously — Kristin Kirkland was an absolute angel while I was going through my darkest and scariest moments. She was prompt, kind, kept her word, set expectations. I never had to ask the same question twice and I never once felt like a burden. She really mothered me through the process to keep me focused on the important things and drown out the extra noise. Even when my case was settled I have called a time or two to ask a question and she is just as kind a patient and directs me or gets me to the right person.

I worked with Dylan Driskell and he was amazing! It was a dissolution of marriage that lasted two years and he looks over the exhibits very thoroughly.
