I made contact with Justin and his office in January this year. Like most, my situation was difficult, emotional and daunting. He and his staff were responsive and had an exceptional grasp of the law, procedures, and the issues in my case. They carefully considered my questions and unique circumstances. My dissolution was completed efficiently and professionally. I would recommend Ozarks Family Law to any person facing the very difficult situation of a divorce, or any care involving child custody and visitation issues. They were professional, highly competent and courteous.

When I found myself in a position of needing a lawyer, I picked Ozark Family Law based on Google reviews and proximity of the office to my home. I could not have known at the time how fortuitous that decision was. At the time due to Covid, the consultation was over the phone and Justin patiently explained the process and what I could expect. He quickly got to work on my case and the outcome was better than I could ever have imagined. When my settlement check came in, due to the way the opposing counsel wrote the check I was unable to deposit it. Justin met me at my bank to help me straighten it out. Justin Evans really cares about his clients. I highly recommend.

I could not speak highly enough of my experience with Dylan and Sheila. I worked with them right at a year before my trial took place. Every concern I had with my case was heard. Justin Evans is a great lawyer. I'm sure other people there are great to work with as well, but we didn't get to interact with too many other people due to covid. It's too long to get into, but suffice to say he will tell you the truth every step of the way. He's a good lawyer, which means he is busy, so you can't talk to him as much as you like. So be prepared for long nights of worrying if you aren't sure of what is reality or fantasy in the court of law. But when the time comes to go into the battle, there is no one I'd rather have on my team. He is not intimidated, and if there is a truth to be found in layers of lies, he will find it. I've always heard a lot of bad things about lawyers, and I'm sure a lot of them were true. Justin genuinely cares about his clients though, and while pragmatic, will help you get the results that are best for the children involved. The court system can be a messy, horrible, and disgusting thing to have to navigate. Justin makes it just that much more tolerable. I wish more people like him practiced law.

Dylan was absolutely amazing! Him and Sheila are both very responsive, same day replies (honestly usually within the hour) and very knowledgeable! My case should have never existed, hurt feelings from the other party however, caused my need for Dylan and his team. Even though it was very obvious from the start that I really should have never needed Dylan, he made me feel like my case was a priority and got it done quick and painless! Very appreciative of his help! I hope I never need to do this again, but if I do I know exactly who I will call!

Justin is the most honest and hard working attorney you will ever come across. He deeply cares for his clients and does his best to get the best possible outcome. I hired Justin in 2018 on a Child Custody modification. It was a long drawn out case that finally just got settled. Justin will not blow smoke where the sun don’t shine. He will be honest and set you straight on how to handle every situation that might come along. I know personally, I was very stressed at many times and I am sure he was too. However, he did his job and worked tirelessly on my case. I was able to ask and he addressed any question or problem that came about. I would recommend him to anyone. You are truly treated like family at that law office. My life is better because he took my case and handled it appropriately.

I hired Justin in dire need of an attorney who could get results in my divorce and custody battle. I found him to be honest and trustworthy. My case was the very definition of Murphy's Law right up to the end, but Justin worked diligently and talked me through every turn with brutal honesty and doing his best to keep my expectations realistic. Do not do what they are paid for. Do not return calls. Treat some clients terrible. The receptionist is RUDE!

I set an appointment with Ozark Law shortly after getting the run around from another law firm who had already canceled on me twice. His team was quick to make an appointment for me an didn’t cancel last minute. I met with Justin in March of 2019 in regards to a child custody modification on my old case from 2013. I explained my case to him an he set clear expectations to which matters would actually matter in court. He did not give me false hope either. Justin informed me that the courts at the time were about a year and half out an that he wouldn’t waste my money by pointless contact. Which he didn’t, it was a lot more affordable than I had expected. After our consultation I agreed to hire him, I then met with Kristen his paralegal. Kristen is a kind hearted and amazing woman who walked me through everything and calmed my nerves for the approaching trial. She answered all my questions quickly and kept me updated with everything going on with the case. She always made herself available to me when I needed. A year later my case was settled in court. Justin was extremely patient with my ex while in court and his girlfriend who kept interrupting Justin and the judge several times. I would hire Justin and his team over and over again. An surely I will have to within the next 8 years. Thank you Justin and Kristen I will always be grateful for how much you helped my family and your kindness.
