I work with Ozarks Family Law frequently. Justin and Dylan are intelligent, hard-working attorneys who know the law and always advocate for their clients. Iwana and Kristen, support staff, are extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this office to anyone needing legal assistance.

I hired Justin in the middle of my 3 year long paternity/custody case and he instantly gave me a sense of relief. He was very supportive and listened to my needs then took action immediately. I gained trust in him through his advice and witnessing his negotiation skills but willingness to stick up for you all the way to trial. He is prompt in returning calls/emails and you can always reach Iwana or Kristin who are very sweet and knowledgeable. He worked with me on payments and was understanding of my budget. I would recommend him any time!

Justin Evans handled my divorce. He was the absolute best. There was a lot of high anxiety and emotions involved but Mr.Evans kept me collected. he was very straightforward and didn't waste unnecessary time and resources. I would absolutely use him again in any family law matters.

When divorce came up I had no idea where to go. Justin Evans was the only attorney to quickly return my call and schedule consultation. He met with me and gave me a great quote and I hired him to take the burden of work away. Him, Kristen and Iwana went above and beyond and was compassionate and great through out the whole process!! ALL HEROES DON'T COME IN CAPES, SOME COME IN BLACK COATS!! Justin Evans hands down Excellent lawyer! Never met him! Never saw him, hired him for my divorce from my home country India through phone. Google reviews helped me do this. Initially I was very doubtful to trust the reviews and I was scared to go forward. But once I talked to Justin I knew he is the best and I decided to hire him right away. He guided me through it when I had no idea what to do and done everything he could to get the best outcome possible for my situation. I was in India the whole time, there is a 12 hour time zone difference yet Justin was available to me all the time including weekends, after hours, early mornings and even during Christmas vacation just to get my case completed before New year and yes he did it! I got the decree on 31st of December and that’s the biggest and only gift I have got for this 2019 New Year. He works miracles. His one email took my case to a whole different level which I never imagined. He always kept the procedure simple to me and I never had to worry about anything. He did everything I could have asked for and more for less money. He was very supportive, caring and made me feel strong throughout the process. He has been fair and honest to me since the beginning. He is very professional and a great person overall. He is really a master at family law. He was never worried about the money as other lawyers would and definitely put in more time than he charged me for. Justin cares and do what's best. Ozark law has a new attorney coming to their firm and they’re very lucky! Justin recommended Dylan to us after we almost made the worse mistake and hired a terrible firm. I cannot put into a review how much this attorney has blessed our family. Wade and I went to Dylan in February of this year with a relocation at the center of the case. Without Dylan this could have went very differently for us and Brooklyn. It was a long and stressful year. If you need a family attorney, without a doubt hire Dylan! We have been through this several times and have never had an experience like we did this time. He was so amazing! Dylan asked all the right discovery questions, when we would get upset because the other attorney would run our names, marriage, and parenting into the dirt Dylan would be realistic and remind us what the judge really cares about. When we would email him he would reply that day almost always, I can’t think of a time he didn’t. He represented Wade with a small distance (but still different school district) relocation the biggest issue and he won the case for us. He gave our family the only thing we could have ever asked for, equal time with Brooklyn, so she could grow up and feel the same love from all directions. If you’re fighting for custody or other family issues you will not be sorry if you call Dylan! Pay his consultation fee and even that hour with him is worth it. He gets 10/5 stars in our book! Even if we would have went in there and things didn’t go our way, we would have 100% felt that Dylan done his best for us. He’ll fight for you! I recently went through a divorce and hired Justin Evans as my attorney. Did a wonderful job at making it as easy as possible on me and the kids. I wasn't 100% sure what to do and he guided me through it with only the thought of what was truly best for the children in mind. I would have been willing to pay him much more for his services but he was more than fair with his price. Thank you very much Justin and I highly recommend you to anybody going through similar situations

TL:DR - Hire Justin Evans, he works miracles. Father with physical custody in Webster County, MO. My problems started when I was served a set restraining orders for bullsh*t reasons. Day of that hearing, Justin plead my case and the judge dismissed both orders and threw them out. Then came the long and arduous task of fighting for custody of my boy. Mother was being un-cooperative and she was denying visitation throughout the entire process. During the discovery process, I felt like Justin asked the questions that needed to be answered, and he helped prep me so that I could answer in a way that wasn't detrimental to myself. Come the day of the hearing, Justin did a fantastic job with controlling the flow of the examinations and cross-examinations. After months of waiting once the hearing was over, I was informed that I had received primary physical custody and the parenting plan Justin had prepared was entered in its entirety. Which is fantastic news for any parent going into a custody battle, but I won physical custody in Webster County, MO; a freaking miracle of an outcome.

Our family has now used ozarks family law for custody case and multi state commercial traffic issues and Justin has made it through every hoop he has needed to jump and our family is truly grateful I couldn't imagine using a different lawyer I will always use and recommend ozarks family law.
