James Poe has worked with me on several legal matters. In each instance he was informative and worked with integrity. Mr. Poe is the best! He did a great job for me and I recommend him without reservations. He is a good listener, gave me straight/honest answers, kept me in the loop on what I needed to do, and was flexible when I needed a little more time on some paperwork. When my case went to court, he was right by my side. I feel that I probably got better, more personal service with him than if I had gone with a larger law firm. He also gave me a recommendation to a different attorney when I asked about something that is outside his area of practice.

Kit is a very nice lady and caring person

Poe law firm did not do as we asked him to do. He took it upon himself to go and try to litigate the return of our house through the third party that bought it instead of going after the bank. ARVEST BANK That originally screwed us over James Poe is not a very good lawyer. Took it upon his own to do Whatever he wanted to with our bankruptcy court got us to file a chapter 13 instead of a chapter 7. He is not a very good lawyer and anybody else. That is interested should not retain him as their lawyer. Because he does whatever he wants to with bankruptcy courts. Does not do as we wanted did the opposite And maid our case get dismissed and told us we didn't have enough money to fight this case ....sided with the third party on taking our house got a kick back for throwing our case....p.s. i waz under orders to change my post or else so im guessing they at poe law firm had others go on here and post good things so they would not look like the crooks they are yes crooks ...who did the oppisite of what we asked ...Arvest bank should have been held accountable for letting Billy carr forge his wifes name on a collateral document against her home ..but instead james poe tryed to nevosiate the return of the house from the third party ..charlie adams ...which charlie adams is a 3rd party he should have been put on a backburner until james poe ..with poe law firm got done sueing ARVEST bank which he said he would do ...then a month after we paid him 5000 dollers and he talked to charlie adams he said ...and i qout (you dont have enough money to pay me to fight for you ...) .... Now, don't that sound like a lawyer. That's not convinced that he can win a case even after he took a retainer to do so. Charlie Adam's paid James Poe off to throw our case. I know he did and when I asked him. He stuttered before he said no, that didn't happened. I feel like we were wrongfully. Wrongfully our case wasn't wasn't over with James. Poe didn't do as he said he was gonna do. And then when we had an issue with what it was doing. He reclused himself from our case. Now we're losing completely because our lawyer said he was an awesome lawyer. Said he had a good case, said he had a 1% losing rate. When in fact he wasn't good enough to even win the case. Apparently otherwise he wouldn't have reclused himself. Maybe that's why he had a 1%. Loss rate because he recluses himself from cases before it even gets to the final chapter. I don't think James Poe is a very good lawyer at all. And everybody else that wrote reviews speaking. Highly of him was probably paid off.

Mr. James Poe provided professionalism while maintaining personal-ism throughout our case. That is to say he accomplished beyond expectations while maintaining a personal touch. He listened to our concerns, responding in a direct to the point manor and addressed our situation greatly to our benefit. Working with James has restored my faith in the profession.

Straight up professional

I can’t say ENOUGH about James Poe. Our company got into a situation and we were referred to James. His knowledge professionalism is over the top. He jumped right into a situation and was able to resolve it fairly and quickly. If you want the absolute best attorney to represent your business in Springfield Missouri you have found the right one. Our company got hit with an out of state nuisance lawsuit. I tried to avoid legal fees and negotiate a reasonable settlement with the out of state attorney. However, he wouldn’t negotiate and wanted $20K+. I knew I needed a good lawyer and was referred to James Poe. Mr. Poe reviewed the out of state law, successfully came up with a brilliant legal plan, and worked to substantially reduce the settlement amount ($3,500). I wish I would have contacted Mr. Poe right from the beginning. It would have saved me a lot of time and stress. He is honest, works hard for you, and his prices are fair. I highly recommend him if you or your business are in need of legal representation.

James Poe, I wanna recluse my review. James Poe is an outstanding lawyer. He did everything in his power to. Leave us as happy clients. James Poe is an outstanding lawyer and family person he. Understands how it is when you lose your house and and he is very sympathetic. To situations we are, I can't say enough about James Poe. He is just an outstanding one hell of a guy, 1 heck of a lawyer, just an all around, really, really good guy.
