I was rear ended by a car. The driver of the other car admitted that she was looking at some construction workers and was not paying attention! I went to the ER and after hours of waiting, I was told I had soft tissue injuries. The doctors thought I would be fine in a few weeks, but if not I should see my primary doctor. It turned into 7 months and 5 of those were with physical therapy. I called several lawyers and none of them returned my calls! That was sad. Due to the fact I was not severely injured, I figured no one was going to help me. When I contacted the Tolbert and Beadle they not only listened, they took my case!!! They were GREAT! They were there when no one else would even call me back. I give them FIVE STARS!
