I was in a vehicle accident and thought that I would not need a lawyer to be able to get a fair settlement. I was wrong, of course, and spoke with several attorneys and finally chose Tolbert Beadle. I was so relieved after I had spoken with Mr Beadle and knew that I would no longer need to be concerned with all my medical bills and paperwork and dealing with the insurance company. I am very pleased with the close communication I received from Mr Beadle and his paralegal and settled with the insurance company. Heaven for bid if this ever happens again I will not wait as long as i did to get an attorney and it will be Tolbert Beadle. I hope if someone else is contemplating getting an attorney and/or who this helps them make the correct decision as i do NOT regret hiring them and I know they did the everything possible to make sure i was satisfied with the outcome.

My sister used Musgrave and the lawyers got $98,000.00 and didn't even take her case to trial. She was ran over by a SUV. Trust is something everyone looks for in an attorney after all you'd hope they were there to protect your family in car wrecks and things of that nature.... MR BEADLE ABSOLUTELY JUST DEVASTATED OUR FAMILY WITH THE WAY WE WERE EMOTIONALLY TREATED. HE DOESN'T EXPLAINS THINGS AND HE DOESN'T ACT LIKE HE CARES AND YOU NEED TO KNOW THAT WHEN YOUR HURT WHAT ALL OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE TO YOU.... NOT JUST TO HAVE AN ATTORNEY TAKE YOUR SETTLEMENT AND LEAVE YOU TO FEEL THE EVEN MORE DEVASTATED THAT YOU WENT THROUGH A WRECK AND THEN HAD AN ATTORNEY THAT MADE YOU FEEL LIKE YOUR LIFE WAS EVEN MORE WRECKED. THEN YOU ARE IN A NO FAULT AUTO INJURY AND YOU'D THINK HE'D PROTECT YOU FROM HAVING HIGH INSURANCE PREMIUMS AND GETTING A BAD SETTLEMENT BUT THAT DIDN'T HAPPEN .... BE CAREFUL WHEN USING HIM .........HE WAS NOT GOOD FOR MY FAMILY AND OUR BEST INTEREST AT ALL MY WIFE LIKE TO HAD DIED AND I GOT HURT AND WE ARE STILL IN TRAMA OVER ALL THIS HE WAS SUPPOSE TO BE GOOD FOR US NEVER USE HIM AGAIN.
