I had been in a car accident and getting nowhere with the other person's insurance company when I reached out to Tolbert & Beadle in Springfield for help. From the very first phone call, Mr. Beadle and his assistant Jenna Cornelison were always very prompt when responding to anything I needed or asked. Mr. Beadle was very kind, compassionate and thorough as he explained everything to me before we began to process. Jenna stayed in contact with me very regularly to make sure that everything was always staying on track and being taken care of. They made the whole experience feel stress free and reassuring. In the end I was awarded enough money to get the treatment I needed and even continue with therapy afterwards. Although I pray I'm never in need of an attorney to help me battle someone for needed medical care again 😉...if I did find myself in this position again someday...I'd definitely choose Tolbert & Beadle to help me through it 👍

If you're dealing with a work injury, don't wait, get these guys involved asap. I should have done it sooner, but these guys took care of everything. Even if you don't think its worth the fuss, do it anyway. These guys were fantastic to have in my corner. I got a lot more than I was expecting and that's going to help me get give me some life back. Communication was easy, they give you a secure way to communicate, and you're always welcome to ask questions. Documents that needed signed weren't a hassel. I found them to be honest and straightforward, if I didn't understand something they explained it for me. All in all despite the circumstances, these guys made dealing with the work comp insurance company a whole lot easier and less stressful to deal with than trying to navigate it alone. Highly recommend them

I have not called yet to speak to the service but I can tell by them providing service 24 hours a day that they're going to be a good lawsuit to take my case hopefully everything turns out right.
