I see the high rating here on Google reviews and can assure you my personal experience with Beadle was less than 1 star. The first thing I can mention was they couldn't even get my name right. Which was a sign of things to come. Then my case was submitted for dismissal for LACK OF PROSECUTION, meaning Mr. Bill Beadle had done nothing, and filed nothing on my behalf. Luckily I was following my case by MOCASENET and brought this to the FIRMS attention. Ultimately I wanted my day in court so I could at least SPEAK MY PEACE about the accident I was a victim in and about the injuries I had sustained. Instead he set it for ARBITRATION. At this arbitration meeting he sat there basically silent offering no guidance and DIDNT FIGHT FOR JUSTICE (like his commercial says) in any way, shape or form. At one point during this meeting I asked him "HOW MANY TIMES HAVE YOU BEEN TO TRIAL THIS YEAR?" and he replied "NONE." Not Once. I KNEW AT THAT POINT BEYOND ANY DOUBT I WAS ON MY OWN. Fortunately negotiations and closing deals are what I do for a living. I don't know if I got a FAIR SETTLEMENT because this attorney never told me what my case was worth. I debated, argued and fought for myself during this hours long ARBITRATION. So either I'm the only one or this LLC is paying GOOGLE alot of money to scrub this page. VICTIMS BEWARE! Update I don't use my real name anymore when on the web I use a nickname and advise others to do the same. Regardless even if I did use my legal name your firm never did get that right. This review is from an actual previous client that really does live right here in the Springfield community. Bill Beadles new commercial came on with his shiny head and I felt compelled to share my unfortunate experience with your Law Office.
