I worked Steve Garner on my case. He is one the kindest, down to earth person you will meet. He's passionate about his work and is extremely thorough. He is also honest and doesn't beat around the bush about your case. I also spoke a bunch to Ms. Amy. She is also kind and passionate about her part in your case.
