Sometimes bad things happen to good people. I know, because it happened to me. With it came frustration, chronic pain, and financial destruction that left me in a position needing to hire an attorney. I chose Steve Garner to represent me. It was the best decision I made. When Neil Chandler came to our house after a horrific accident involving my mom, he was the only beacon of light I saw at that moment. Without being too nosy, and while really respecting family boundaries and privacy, he offered to help when things seemed hopeless. Our family did not think that anything could be done and we actually tried to push our opinion on to Neil but he disagreed with us and went with his gut feeling that there was a case. The whole process took almost two years, and within that time his office acted very professionally and only reached out to us when absolutely necessary. They helped us out in other ways with cases related to sickness. They physically came to my mom’s house and acted like a family member. Not only are they professional and the best in their state, they are also caring and understanding. Only warmth came from them and their office staff. They truly were that stepping stone that helped to push not only my mom’s life but the life of her kids in another direction. To say that Branden Twibell is an amazing attorney is an understatement! When we had our consultation with Branden we didn’t know what to expect, but it’s safe to say he went above and beyond all expectations we could’ve had.
