In October of 2018, our daughter got into a situation that required legal representation. Branden Twibell was referred to us by a co-worker, so we scheduled a consultation. It was one of the best choices we could have made. We liked Branden immediately. He was very personable, and seemed genuinely sympathetic to our situation. Voicing a complaint against their "Customer Care" division. Five unanswered voice mails! No response whatsoever! Attempting to contact them regarding a refund due and am hitting a brick wall. When you do manage to actually reach a person, they are rude and uncooperative. Very frustrating!!!
