Words cannot describe how happy and impressed I am with Kristie Pierce. This firm was recommended to me by an acquaintance who has a pending DWI. I also had the same charge and Kristie was with me every step of the way. She reviewed my case with great attention to detail and explained to me her plan of attack. First we had the administrative hearing with the Department of Revenue. She informed me the Department was not granting very many wins recently and for me to prepare to possibly have my license suspended. She went to the hearing for me and presented her case. Two weeks later  I had my license mailed back to me with no suspension! She won the hearing. Next was the criminal case for DWI. We took it to trial. She found many holes in the prosecution's argument and pointed out all the mistakes the police officers made the night of the arrest. She created enough reasonable doubt that the prosecution was not able to lift the burden of proof. Watching her cross examine the states witnesses was like watching an installment of the Lincoln Lawyer or an episode of Suits. Needless to say we won the trial despite evidence of a BAC over the legal limit. I highly recommend Kristie Pierce as a defense attorney.
