I have used the services of Craig Lowther on numerous occasions . He "knows the laws" . If you haven't used the services of attorneys, you don't realize how important this is. We, as the public, tend to "pool" them as "one is as good as another". So incorrect. I want to take this time to let every one know how much money Lowther Johnson saved me (19,000). Randy Reichard went to bat for my wife over her medical bills and exceeded my expectations! The hospital refused to help out in any way and Randy got the settlement we wanted. I will call Randy next time we have an issue, I'm sure he would of saved us even more if we would have called him first!

My attorney is Tom Benson. He has helped me a number of times. I get very prompt service, reassurance and results. Tom has always got me a great result. Remember that Lowther Johnson also handles landlord tenant and debt collections so some of the reviews are on here that are negative are actually positive for you. People posting negative reviews about a law firm that collects debts or evicts people are usually the defendant who is not represented by Lowther Johnson so they were on the losing end (represented by someone else), and are upset that Lowther Johnson actually did a good job.

HORRIBLE people. They will not work with you, they do not care about your livelihood, your family, or you. They will ruin your life. I actually give them 0 stars!

INCREDIBLY RUDE. I'm 33 years old and my 10 minute phone call for a consultation with them is one of the rudest in my entire life. The man I spoke to would like to be treated like a God. If you dare to speak and do not keep your place as a lowly peasant he will tell you to basically shut up and let him speak. The man actually hung up on me. He has forgotten that he would have been paid by me, not the other way around. There are a lot of lawyers in Springfield. I would highly suggest going other places. Professionals need to remember this is the media age and if they are rude there are reviews online.
