When Neil Chandler came to our house after a horrific accident involving my mom, he was the only beacon of light I saw at that moment. Without being too nosy, and while really respecting family boundaries and privacy, he offered to help when things seemed hopeless. Our family did not think that anything could be done and we actually tried to push our opinion on to Neil but he disagreed with us and went with his gut feeling that there was a case. The whole process took almost two years, and within that time his office acted very professionally and only reached out to us when absolutely necessary. They helped us out in other ways with cases related to sickness. They physically came to my mom’s house and acted like a family member. Not only are they professional and the best in their state, they are also caring and understanding. Only warmth came from them and their office staff. They truly were that stepping stone that helped to push not only my mom’s life but the life of her kids in another direction. After dealing with Neil my mom got her hopes back up and is now recovering, slowly but surely. Thank you Neil and the team. We will never forget you and we pray that God will bless you abundantly. I was in a pretty serious wreck and Steve,Jacob and the rest of the staff at Strong Garner Bauer took care of everything so I could focus on healing and my family. They truly care about their clients futures instead of their bottom line and it truly shows.
