“Brandon advised him to plead guilty to his charges and take a plea deal that, in general opinion, was terrible. Branden stated that the judge would be more lenient. He knew that the judge would be the worst for this case as he was called on by a group for lenient sentencing in 2016. (One would hope his lawyer knew this. If you practice criminal law in Greene County as your profession, this should be common knowledge. All it took was google search to find this out after the fact unfortunately) This was never once brought up to the client.”
