I would like to give them minus stars but that was not an option. We hired them in 2020 to get us out of our timeshare with BlueGreen. We paid them thousands of dollars and then they ghosted us. I have read the reviews and those that have been filed with the BBB. Sadly, it’s the same story over and over. They took money from people and then refused to give any answers. They are frauds and should be held accountable in a court of law.

Awful company. Paid them up front over a year ago and was told it’s an easy case and would only take around 6 months. Since then they have done nothing. You can’t get anyone on the phone, just messages through their portal saying they’re still working on things or saying whoever was working on our case is no longer there and that’s why there’s been no progress. We were definitely scammed!

Pretty pitiful service. Maybe it's me, but I expect to get a result similar to what was promised on the front end. They offer services that they can't back up.
My wife and were told four years ago that they could get us out of a timeshare. We paid upfront for the service, and we just received a letter from Montgomery & Newcomb stating they can settle our case if we pay an additional $28,661.08.
Beware, they do not answer their phone, and you cannot get them to respond if you leave a message.

Joseph was very empathetic of my situation and took my custody case when my previous lawyer had to drop due to medical reasons. I am thankful for him and Madison both. Joseph gave it to me straight-didn't blow smoke, and Madison was there for guidance and advice when he was unavailable. I bugged them both to no end out of fear and uncertainty and still he saw my case until the end. I am very appreciative of them for handling my case.

I have given this Law Firm my monies, four years ago to get me out of a Time Share. No communication from this Company at all. It appears that since four years ago, there is only one person that still works in this office. I have left everyone a message in this office a message to contact me to give me a update, still in over a year no response from the Law Firm. I feeling this Law Firm is just a scam.
