“They assigned a junior attorney to your case, then the junior attorney has to meet with their senior attorneys for guidance on simple questions. Sometimes that senior attorney has to meet with their "more senior" attorney. So by the time the question runs through several attorneys, that SINGLE question has cost several hundred dollars, if not thousands of dollars.”
