This is the BEST attorney in Springfield and makes the impossible possible. He kept me out of jail when I would have been sent had I been anywhere else . His expertise and professionalism make it possible to understand 2nd chances are real . He has relationships with the court and administration. I highly recommend him to all !

Kim Kirby · March 23, 2018 Brandon Twibell and the whole staff succeed where there was no hope before. He has represented friends and family and they can't be happier. He won't waste your time, gets to the point and makes sure you understand fully all that is happening. In the most nerve wracking place, in court, he is prepared, thorough and succinct making sure the prosecuting attorneys and Judge don't waste their time. There's nothing more detrimental you can do such as waste the time of a judge to put a negative spin on your case. Brandon is a pure professional and a true friend on your side. There's not one attorney in town I would trust with my friends, family or self except Brandon Twibell. You're pure class in all you do Brandon. Thanks for being there for so many Important people in my life and caring for them the same as I do.

Scott Pierson was my attorney and he did an amazing job on my case. my case was a hard case but he did a very good job in defending me. he was a very nice man and was respectful. he will give it to you straight. i feel the price was affordable and decent. i would definitely recommend him and i would hire him to defend me again. :)

I first contacted Mr. Twibell for consultation regarding my legal issues. He was very quick to reply and very professional. When I arrived, I was quickly greeted and brought into a private conference room where I could chat with him. He answered all of my questions and I did not feel rushed at all. Spending all of that time answering my questions and not charging me a dime...literally one of the only few attorney's I know doesn't make me feel like they're out to get my money. I highly recommend Mr. Twibell. Working with him you just get this honest feeling that he cares about any of your legal troubles and that your problems are his first priority. What a positive and professional experience I have had with Brandon Twibell. He was diligent and speedy in resolving my issues and I really felt like he was concerned about getting me the best resolution to my case. Not something I had experienced with other lawyers. I had a small issue.  Several lawyers said it was not their area.  Brandon was recommended by one of them.  He fit me into a tight schedule and took me on.  He was honest with me, gave me advice built on exspierince and gave me routine situation reports.  The situation was handled without going to court.  I highly recommend Brandon.
