Mark Roy helped us evict our non-paying tenant in Springfield, MO The tenant had great credit and paid on time for 18 months and then all of a sudden didn't pay. We wasted no time and filed for eviction when he failed to pay March 1st, 2016 rent and was non-responsive to our inquiry about payment, with Marks help we filed by the 8th and he was out with sheriff notice by March 30th, 2016!
