I called once several weeks ago and was told someone would call me back within a few days. After a week I called and was told the attorney was out of the office but would be back that week and call me. It is now the end of the third week and I have not received a call back. After some time I was contacted by someone from this law firm. The individual was polite and apologized for dropping the ball. I have changed my previous one star to a three with this new interaction.

Highly recommend if you’re out of town. The lawyers in my town wanted to charge me $759 to fight an out of town ticket! Yeah ok, I called this place and they handled it within two weeks! Apologies for blowing up y’all phone btw. I get nervous with speeding tickets. I highly recommend! Flowers coming your way when I get paid!

After my speeding ticket was posted, i received a letter from Springfield traffic tickets, and decided to give them a call especially since i was out of state.. Called them and they were very helpful and explained their process of negotiating to remove the speeding citation into a non moving violation. Although the ticket was only $174 it was worth the $150 i spent on Springfield traffic tickets to remove this off my record and not affect my insurance rates. They also explained that when they remove the violation the courts add a fee since they cut you a break. Altogether i paid $450 (300 to the courts and 150 for the lawyer) . They followed through on exactly what they said during my first phone call. Would recommend them for anyone receiving a speeding ticket and i know their services can be cheaper than the $150 i paid depending on your speed.

Called them after getting a 15 over ticket. I was anxious this would cost more to fight the ticket than it would be to pay it. After speaking with them I was feeling much more confident in the process. Paid the initial fee for them to take the case and go to court. This pushed the court date out a couple of months which was nice to have breathing room for the court fees to change the ticket. Was told it could be a couple hundred dollars through the court. Got a call from the attorney’s office today and was told they got my ticket completely removed (with 6 months of clean driving) and no additional fees besides the $50 court cost. This put the total cost to hire them and pay the court at less than what the ticket alone would have cost. I am extremely happy with these results. Highly recommend you call them if you get a ticket.
