They sent me a letter saying they could help. I call them, they called me back a few times. Due to my work schedule it was a lot of phone tag. I finally got a day off that they were in the office. They decided to close the office early that day and barely made it in. The guy who took my name and number told me it would be another person to contact me. I never heard back from them.
I go to court, and my speeding ticket was pleaded down from 20 miles over to 5 miles over, and the ticket cost me $350.00 with court fees.

Bad experience. They will keep demand you pay court cost and fines before you even have court. They will not represent you if you choose to pay the court directly. Probably because they’re trying to get one over on you and pocket the extra cash.

Jeff was extremely rude and I would never recommend going here. I Decided to find different representation because of how rude and arrogant he was towards me on every single one of our phone calls. We were in contact for three weeks and he said he still needed all this random paper work. Once I decided to find new representation, 5 days before my court date, the attorney office I am working with now did not need as much paperwork and were so much more pleasant to deal with.

Not ever going thru this before, trying to get my ticket taken care of. Me not understanding really what "Jeff" wanted, trying to find on my ticket the info he needed, he was short and down right rude. And I proceeded to let him know that, and he told me I better find someone else. No patience!! He just lost my money.
