This lady will take your money and do nothing for you. Says she will do everything for you. They show up in pajamas on non court days, lose your paperwork and forget the keys to get in the office.

I used Jackie back in 2009 for a non speeding motorcycle ticket I had received. She ended up representing someone else in court that had a similar name. I did not know till I received a failure to appear. My ticket was not reduced and she compounded the issue.

She was rude and aggressive towards me when I applied through legal aid services she wouldn't let me speak or tell my story and she kept telling me that she has been doing this for 30 years and I knew nothing then when i shook off my anxiety and started talking to her like she did me she told me I had to calm down. I'm sorry but you just don't talk to people who have severe trauma like a drill seargent and expect them not to react in such a way. What a horrible woman unless you're paying her cash she don't care
