I would highly recommend Craig Kallen as a family law attorney without reservation. My every experience with him is that he is professional, conscientious, and insightful. He and his staff are consistently courteous and communicative, and seem to genuinely care about their clients and outcomes. It has been rare, in my experience, to encounter attorneys who exhibit his level of commitment and competency.

Craig did an awesome job on my case. He was very detailed and very experienced. I had a case where my ex ran away with my child and I couldn’t serve her overseas then I reached out to Kellen law firm and Craig was amazing. He handled everything and got me everything I need to get my custody and child support adjusted. I would not have been able to get where I am today without Craig and the Kallen law firm team

I’m very pleased with their skill set We first reached out to Kallen law firm in 2019 about a motion to modify. At the time I was a custodial parent and my ex had alternating weekends with some in-week, non overnight visitation. My ex regularly refused to return the children, whether it was midweek or weekend. She moved several times and wouldn’t reveal where. She was in a violent relationships, but I couldn’t violate the parenting plan. I procrastinated a year, but in 2020 we finally hired Kallen. I was very impressed with each member of the firm. They all did their parts very well. And when we went to trial - Mr Kallen was awesome. It was like the movies. He fought for the best interests of the children and I appreciated it. I’m hoping there are no more future need for Motions but, if there is I will 100% use these guys. They had reasonable affordable prices. And I just really can’t say enough good things about them.

I highly recommend the Kallen Law Firm! Craig, Joe, and Rachel were always there for me, communicating well through email, phone calls, or in person, and they continuously made me feel optimistic. Their concern was so apparent, and they treated me like family. Through much work, they got a difficult situation resolved for me...all so appreciated!

A case that had lasted for over a year with no end in sight was quickly moving in the right direction after hiring him, and resolved months later. Mr. Kallen failed on so many levels of my divorce and his handling of my case cost me dearly. There are several very important issues that have caused me to warn potential clients, his communication skills were poor. Very very seldom did calls and emails get returned. Several things that were highly important to be completed and confirmed by Kallen were never done. I have found this out after it is too late now and has cost me time, money and some of it cannot be amended. A couple of issues were never followed through again hurting my divorce tremendously. Filing of court documents that never happened. Communication with his office staff was nonexistent. Things being drawn out and not completed now it's too late. Trust, communication, billing, seeing things through, understanding and acting in my interest. For me now it is too late but if I could help anyone to avoid this horrific experience with this attorney, that's what I will do. It is extremely unfair and sickening what transpired in my case so hopefully anyone looking into this firm will keep looking because I wouldn't recommend this to my worst enemy.

Craig and Joe have been there for me and my kids for the past 8 years post divorce. Craig saved my children. My ex was abusive and Craig fought with me for 2.5 years to keep them safe. We retained Craig's services ($2500!!) and ended up buying an hour of his time for 200. He also wrote a formal letter on our behalf. Months passed, and we no longer needed a trial, so we have asked for the remainder of the retainer fee back to us. Here's where the trouble begins... Craig's office made promises that they would get back to us with a bill for services rendered. It still hasn't happened. We have called at least 8 times and received various promises, but no actual bills. I NEED MY MONEY BACK! We have around $2000 sitting there in his office not doing anything for us! To be fair, Craig seemed knowledgeable at the time, but I am regretting my choices at this moment.

I mistakingly hired Craig to represent me in my marriage dissolution. His whole 'I wrote a book about keeping lawyer fees down' is a joke. There was very little movement with my case for 4 months but he kept collecting money from me. Very seldom would I get a direct answer from him. His explanation for what to expect next or what my next step should be was never clear. He kept using the phrase 'shoot for the moon' even though I was telling him I didn't want to draw this out or soak my soon-to-be ex for all he has but he wouldnt listen to that. He knew exactly how unhappy I was with his lack of follow through. If separating from your spouse and filing for divorce isn't chaotic enough, having a lawyer like him made things 10x worse for me. I would never recommend him to anyone. Please do yourself a favor, shop around, take advantage of the free consultations that most lawyers offer and stay away from Craig Kallen. I spent 45 minutes with my new lawyer and accomplished more that I did with Craig in 4 months.

Craig is an outstanding and honorable attorney. I utilized his services after being recommended by a dear friend whose daughter used him in her divorce and was very pleased by his representation. I have been plagued by an ex who repeatedly chooses to waste money in the court system. Mr. Kallen has been very honest and forthcoming from the beginning even if it was something I didn’t want to hear or if I wanted to lash out from my frustrations and this wasn’t the best option. Mr. Kallen and his office staff made me feel genuinely cared about, was very responsive to any and all questions and how the case affected my child as well as myself. Their hearts are big and takes the time to get the best outcome even when the opposing council tries to fight dirty and tries to strong arm to get their way. Mr. Kallen has been absolutely professional and outstanding attorney through the trials and tribulations of changing of judges, the opposing side changing attorneys, and maneuvering through different tactics from the opposing attorneys and changing his strategy to remain strong and factual. I couldn’t have imagined fighting this more than two year go around without him as my attorney! He is a true professional, expert in his field and goes to great lengths to fight the good fight for you! He is truly the BEST Attorney out there (and I have had several)!
