Kelley Davidzuk is very helpful and answers all questions that I had about a divorce. She was willing to explain how and why certain plans of attack might work for you. I had written ideas for a proposal and she pointed out that some things are not allowed by law. She rewrote my proposals so that they would follow the law. She pointed out that buying expensive gifts and taking trips with my girlfriend can create problems when going to court. Kelly told me the benefits of using a mediator to divided material items rather than letting the attorneys divide it up. She explained why very few of her clients end up in court compared to other law firms.
