I'm called several times and waited hours but I never got through

They are very good people and will help you with all your needs. If they can't they will point you in the right direction. 😀

I filled out a form and was called back the next day. The woman asked a few more questions and when I asked for clarification of one of the questions, the the line went dead. I thought we were disconnected and tried to call back, however you only have a generic phone number and have no way of knowing who to ask for. I left a message and another woman called backed. She looked up my info and said the first person had written that I didn't qualify (and just hung up on me). This woman listened and gave me an email address to send documents to about my case that also showed that I qualified and she would call me back when she got them. I did so immediately. Five hours later, after business hours, I still had no response. The next afternoon the second woman called back and gave me a reason different from the facts of my case as to why I didn't qualify. I explained to her the actual facts....nothing....crickets. If they don't want to help you they make new reasons why you don't qualify that are not listed on their site, or are contrary to what they say is qualified on their site. It has left me in a horrible situation where as a senior citizen I will lose my home.

Did not answer questions. Was rude and just wanted to end the call.

Great service for our community they are here for justice as it should be, not just about money like so many others. They help people living in poverty where no one else would.
