Cody Reinberg is a very transparent when discussing your case. I called him after researching and reading other reviews. I explained my issue and he was very forthright in what I could expect. He did not sugar coat anything. I had never filed against an employer before however Cody's expertise put me at ease and I was confident that he would handle the case with professionalism. He was always available to answer my questions and to offer his opinion and advice but ultimately leaving all decisions up to me.
