Updated: I initially gave this firm a bad review, but it is obviously a company that prides itself on it's reputation. The owner quickly reached out to me and set into motion a way of correcting the issue I was having.
He had the managing partner call me immediately and apologize for any inconveniences. He also took time out of his day to go over my potential case with me.
I'm now convinced my initial impression was wrong and the issue I was having was out of the ordinary.
