Even though I never went through with services from HKM, Cody was phenomenal from start to finish. Very caring, very present and really made me feel like he was on my side. He knows his stuff and is very knowledgeable and gives great customer service. I paid a first time consulting fee that he was gracious enough to refund me even though he didn't have to.
